一、锂电池、燃料电池进口材料销售工程师 Sales Engineering
岗位职责：
1、客户开发：积极开发新客户，跟客户研发人员做好技术对接，推荐合适的产品或解决方案，甚至合作开发定制型号。能独立处理和解决所负责的任务，完成所辖区域的产品销售任务；
2、业务跟踪：开发客户，负责报价、谈判及提供解决方案并进行后续跟进以完成销售指标及其它项目工作，制定月度、年度销售计划；
3、客户关系管理：协调售前及售后服务，与客户保持及时有效的沟通，提供技术咨询，以确保客户的忠诚度及满意度；
4、订单执行：与其它部门协调合作，落实与客户签订的协议及合同，出货的及时及准确率以确保客户的满意度；
5、客户拜访和售后支持：陪同外商技术人员到客户工厂做技术交流。能够把项目情况准确反馈给外商技术人员，并最终解答产品使用中碰到的各种问题。
6、市场推广支持：参加行业专业展会或论坛，宣传公司产品及品牌。
职位要求：
1、211院校本科或硕士学历，电化学相关专业，有研发经验者优先；
2、3年以上工作经验，有锂电池或燃料电池相关公司工作经验者优先；
3、大学英语水平4级或以上，拥有较好的英语阅读能力，具备一定的英语对话沟通能力；
4、具有较强的人际交往能力及沟通技巧，能利用PPT进行产品演示；
5、良好的团队合作精神、有责任心，能承受适当的工作压力。
二、采购员 Purchasing-Buyer
Responsibility:
- Analyze quotations to determine best suppliers, prepare sourcing, negotiate terms and conditions in compliance with overall business objectives;
- Responsible for contract management and execution; Measure supplier performance by KPI implementation in terms of price, availability, delivery and service;
- Coordinate with freight forwarder and logistics team to ensure on time shipment and delivery of the Sales Orders;
- Work with product managers, QC/QA for any of product problems;
- Maintains integrity of master data and purchasing planning parameters ;
- Perform statistical analysis on cost/price trends, lead times, supplier performance, and any other area as directed;
- Support localization program to meet customer specification within timing;
- Actively communicate with suppliers to build the good relationship;
- Translate Supplies' technical documents into Chinese;
- Continuous improvement of purchasing work processes.
Requirement:
- Bachelor or Master degree, majors in English, International Business,SCM etc;
- CET-6 or above,Proficiency in spoken and written English;
- Project lead time driving orientation, action planning & execution towards targets;
- Be familiar with Automotive & Quality Systems such as ISO9000, QS9000 and ISO/TS16949;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Excellent sense to ERP system and computer savvy– especially on Excel and PowerPoint;
- Proactive, open mind, and quick learning capability
